Description

Ever wanted to do something and couldn't get to yourself to do anything else until you get it done? Well wanted to get to drawing the redesign for Eugene for a bit and finally go around to drawing and uploading it. Wanted to modify his clothes to be more eccentric and stupid. Think I got it.
